Located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Chestnut Street and E. 10th Street in Gilroy, South Valley Plaza consists of three parcels of land totaling approximately 13 acres. The property is bordered to the east by US Highway 101; to the south by a vacant undeveloped property and two auto dealerships; to the west by Chestnut Street and a commercial shopping center; and to the north by a commercial shopping center.

The Center's tenants include: Arteaga's, D Fashion Mart, 99 Cents City, Gilroy DMV, Community Solutions and The Dutchman's Pizza, among others.

Gray & Properties began the redevelopment of the center in 1999.
